Tracy DuCharme
Arizona Executive Director
Tracy was born in South Africa and immigrated to the United States in 1981. She grew up in Los Angeles and moved to Arizona in 1992 to attend Arizona State University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Justice Studies. This is where she began her love of politics as Vice President of the College Republicans and worked on her first political campaign.
After a 20 year career in real estate and volunteering on many campaigns Tracy decided to jump back into politics full time. Since then she has worked as a senior campaign staffer on several campaigns fighting to elect freedom-minded leaders for Congress and beyond.
Tracy has been very active as a speaker and educator throughout Arizona speaking to many conservative clubs, groups and organizations. She was a host of her own weekly radio show called Real Talk for over a year and is a commissioner on the Chandler Domestic Violence Commission.
Tracy currently lives in Chandler Arizona with her husband and her 2 children.
