Arkansas is 12th fastest state in the nation going in debt. the medium income in Arkansas is $39,127 or around $3260/month which is quite stunning given the fact that each person (0-dead) owes $4305 just in local and state tax. We have an unfunded unemployment liability of over $395,000,000.00 that grows by MILLIONS each month~ Since 2006, the general revenue budget for the state government has increased from $3.8 billion at the end of fiscal year 2006 to a projected $4.41 billion at the end of fiscal 2010, an increase of 15.2%.
