How Future Candidates are Prepping to Win Local Spring 2016 Elections
April 14, 2015
“Do your homework. Plan out where you want to run. Make sure you know how many votes are needed to win. Put together a solid campaign plan. We need a new generation of conservative leaders to improve their local communities — far too often the left just dominates those local boards.”
Matt Batzel brought campaign advice to the Wisconsin Conservative Action Conference on Saturday in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. The conference is an annual gathering of the leading conservatives in the Midwest. The Wisconsin Conservative Digest organized the event and had a great turnout of conservatives from several states.
The American Majority New Leaders Campaign Training was a featured break out session, focusing on demistifying the campaign process. American Majority trainers Matt Batzel and Scott Ellis discussed how liberty-minded individuals can run for local or state office and improve their communities.
After the training Morning Martini asked American Majority National Executive Director Matt Batzel to join their podcast with OpenBox’s Nik Nelson and Lindsay Muenchow. Matt discussed how American Majority is organizing digitally with the #Win2016 Twitter Hashtag campaign, how campaign staffing has changed over the years, and what American Majority covered at the training. You won’t want to miss this exclusive glimpse into one of American Majority’s training events.
