Nate Nelson to become American Majority’s Wisconsin Executive Director

Mequon, WI— American Majority, Inc. announced today that Nate Nelson will become Wisconsin Executive Director. Nate will lead American Majority Wisconsin’s training efforts across the state.

As Field Director for American Majority Wisconsin, Nate has demonstrated his leadership abilities and helped American Majority train 41 winners on the Spring 2016 ballot. Nate has trained in dozens of communities around Wisconsin to equip conservatives with the tools they need to be successful.

“Nate is a great asset for American Majority and the conservative movement in Wisconsin,” said Matt Batzel, National Executive Director of American Majority. “In his new role, he will continue to work tirelessly to promote liberty and fiscal responsibility across our great state.” Nate said, “It is an honor to be chosen to lead American Majority’s efforts in Wisconsin. I look forward to fostering victories in the conservative movement at every level of government.” 

Nate has built a career through shaping public policy through grassroots efforts. He cut his teeth organizing at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, actively involved in student government, political campaigns and student org development. Nate has worked for several conservative organizations, as well as on the campaign side as GOTV Field Representative for Governor Walker on his last County Executive race, and a State Senate Campaign Manager. As an avid outdoorsman, Nate spends his free time enjoying Wisconsin’s lakes and woods with his wife and son.
