Waco, Texas Grassroots Survival School

American Majority will be joining Accuracy In MediaTexas Public Policy Foundation,  Americans for Prosperity -Texas, and  Liberty Institute for the Waco Tea Party’s Grassroots- Campaign, Leadership & Activist Survival School on Saturday, August 13, 2011 from 9:00AM-5:00PM. Doors will open for registration at 8:00AM.

The keynote speaker will be KrisAnne Hall, and additional speakers from other groups will lead breakout sessions. There will be 3 different training tracks, with the following topics:

Campaign Track

  • New Leader Project – how to identify and encourage political candidates to run for office.
  • Precinct Project Training – how to effectively work your political precinct for a party or a campaign.
  • Campaign Training – for candidates, managers, & volunteers

Leadership Track

  • Traditional Media Training
  • Social Media Manager Training
  • Seminar on legal entities and how to file- PAC, 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4)
  • Policy Advocate Training

Activist Track

  • Fighting Traditional Media Bias
  • Social Media Training
  • Watchdog Training
  • How to be an effective public watchdog
