Our nation was founded by ordinary citizen activists desiring a government that was accountable to the people. Today, ordinary citizens across our nation are tired of the status quo and ready to engage for the betterment of their communities. American Majority’s political training addresses these passions by providing education and resources to help you meet your goals.

President Ronald Reagan’s former Executive Assistant, Peggy Grande, will speak and train for American Majority at the upcoming Wisconsin and the World Conference at Carroll University on Saturday, February 27th. Topics will include:

Ronald Reagan’s Life, Leadership and Legacy

America desperately needs to know what REAL leadership looks like – how it behaves when no one is watching – and how it rises above with optimism and vision when everyone is watching. Ronald Reagan consistently demonstrated both – strong, decisive leadership in the face of challenge and genuine, humble leadership and gentlemanly kindness quietly behind the scenes when he thought no one was watching. Yet as Ronald Reagan’s Executive Assistant, Peggy Grande was always watching – and noticed that Reagan’s power and strength was in the way he first gave trust and loyalty to those around him – and it returned to him exponentially.

Peggy shares her front row seat to Reagan Leadership – painting a clear picture of what real leadership looks like – what it should look like, how it is lived out in both large and small ways, and how we, too, can live lives of meaning, success, excellence and lasting impact.

“The Reagan Way” – Leading – and Living – with meaning and memorability

Day after day, Ronald Reagan demonstrated in ordinary ways how to make an extraordinary and lasting impact on others. Reagan LED and LIVED with consistency – with personal integrity, patriotism, and civility. By his example we see that how you LEAD and how you LIVE are both equally important – and are inseparable. Peggy will challenge you to examine the way you live, because it’s an essential component of how you lead. She will provide you with practical, yet powerful tips learned directly from her decade serving President Reagan.

Peggy talks about living a life of meaning, full of principled leadership and personal influence. She will challenge you to think intentionally about the legacy you are leaving – and how it is created each and every day of your life, not after you are gone. You will be challenged to commit to living – and leading in ways that are genuinely meaningful and uniquely memorable and will leave a positive and lasting impact.
