American Majority and the Fredericksburg TEA Party are pleased to announce a Candidate Training that will provide citizens with the tools necessary to win elections and implement limited government and free market principles.

The training will take place on Tuesday, August 9th at the Fredericksburg Brewing Company, 245 E. Main St in Fredericksburg, TX. The event will begin promptly at 5:30pm and end at 8:30pm. Registration begins at 5pm. Registration is $25 per person and includes training materials. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged due to seating limitations.

In addition to providing an opportunity to meet other patriots in your community, the seminar provides an opportunity to network and learn from grassroots organizers with successful campaign experience. Topics to be covered during the training include*:

Registration is $25 per person and includes training materials and refreshments. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged due to seating limitations.

American Majority will be conducting a Social Media training session in Clearwater, Florida on Saturday, July 30^th. The event will be geared toward giving grassroots activists in Florida the resources and information that will help them effectively utilize platforms of social media as they defend free market principles and individual liberties in their communities. Some of the topics that will be addressed are:

-          The History of New Media: Take a look at how organizations and campaigns have been successful online, and inspire local groups to create their own social media identity.

-          Facebook: Starting with the basics of building a page for your organization, and how to market it effectively.

-          Twitter: This micro-blogging site has become the quickest way to spread breaking news. Learn how to get started, find followers, and communicate with the Twitter universe.

-          Blogging/Wikis/OIM: Going beyond social media, creating and sharing content that is relevant to your message is critical. Learn how to get started.

-          Social Capitalist: Now that you have gotten started, take a look at how all these social media tools work together to create a comprehensive strategy online.

 
The training will be held at the Homewood Suites, at 2233 Ulmerton Road in Clearwater, Florida, from 10:00AM-3:00PM. The registration fee of $25.00 per person includes lunch and training materials. We recommend that you bring your laptop if possible.

American Majority Oklahoma is hosting a Candidate Training on Thursday, July 7^th, in the Clubhouse of the Delaware Crossing Condominiums located at 2814 E 90^th (just north of East 91^st South and Delaware) in Tulsa. The training will run from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with registration beginning at 5:45 pm. Registration is $20.00 per person.

Regardless of campaign experience, American Majority’s Candidate Training Program makes running for office easier! American Majority Candidate Training Seminars are designed specifically to educate candidates on every level how to run effective and victorious campaigns and prepare them to become successful elected officials.

As states face critical budget issues, town councils have to decide whether to cut spending or raise local taxes, and corrupt elected officials are taken to task, our country needs patriots who are organized, effective and ready to stand for lower taxes, transparency, and Constitutional government.

American Majority will be conducting a candidate training session in Marietta, GA on Saturday, August 27^th. The event will be geared toward giving grassroots activists in Georgia the resources and information that will help them defend free market principles effectively in their communities. We will be talking about critical subjects such as:*

- GOTV: How you can be most successful at getting the voters out to the polls on election day.
- Micro-Targeting Precincts: Having precinct captains in place, and keeping and organizing accurate voter logs is essential to getting the election results you want.

American Majority will be joining Smart Girl Politics again this year for their annual Smart Girl Summit, a conference that brings conservative women together for a time of training, motivation and fun! The event will be taking place in the nation’s heartland, St. Louis, MO on Friday July 29th and Saturday, July 30th, 2011.
